And yet again, one more year that goes away and another one that arrives; the days keep rolling, the seasons changing and, hopefully, we keep growing. January is here again bringing—for the 36th time—SurfExpo, a trade show focused on the surfing, skating, and swimming industry that has, through the years, consistently grown and expanded. Why? The culture that this show speaks to has their lifestyle written in blood; their surfing, skating and extreme sport activities are not just any pastimes, it is a religion, a lifestyle practiced everyday; it is what runs through their veins.
SurfExpo allows the culture and industry to get together face-to-face through an interaction of selling and buying new products and technologies. Fanatics, patricians of the sport, distributors, manufacturers, and fashionistas attend this show to get a well rounded update of what’s new in the industry. It’s an opportunity to grow relationships, observe the growth of a culture, and to enjoy the passion and love that the sports evoke in its players.
