The Vagabond proudly presents a Special Advanced screening of “When You’re Strange” a film about The Doors directed by Tom DiCillo, narrated by Johnny Depp.
Using historic and previously unseen footage shot between the band’s 1965 formation and Morrison’s 1971 death, “When You’re Strange” reveals an intimate perspective on the creative chemistry between drummer John Densmore, guitarist Robby Krieger, keyboardist Ray Manzarek and singer Jim Morrison.
The screening will be followed by a special Stone Groove with music and poetry inspired by Jim Morrison and The Doors. Hosted by Marcus Blake.
