The Polka Dot Tee::
Step 1
Cut hem off sleeves, bottom and neckline of shirt
Step 2
Cut a circular template out of cardboard.
Step 3
Trace the polka dot template with a washable pen over the shirt
Step 4
Cut the dots out
Step 5
Rip the neckline down the center to make a v-neck
