The Rag Scarf::
Step 1
Cut hem off shirt
Step 2
Continue cutting the shirt parallel to the hem line. Each stripe will create a ring. Depending on desired size of rags for the scarf. You can use more than one shirt.
Step 3
Gather the rings of fabric and tie with leftover shirt fabric… If you want add ribbons, beads and any fun pops of color!
