Yoko Ono: I think I’m lucky to have such creative artists mixing them. Of course, my songs are very club to begin with.
WFK: What do you do to keep on reinventing yourself and still remain an inspiration for new musical generations? Is there any hidden secret that you could reveal to us now?
Yoko Ono: I just do what I enjoy. If that’s the secret of making good music, I am a lucky gal.
WFK: What did you feel the first time you listened to the new version?
Yoko Ono: It gave me the chill just hearing it called I’M A STAR! It’s a great remix.
WFK: In your past remixes you stated, “Yes, I’m a Witch”, but now, why not a heroine?
Yoko Ono: Heroine, hero, I’m a star!
WFK: After more than 50 years of musical career, are you thinking about retirement or are you as creative as when you wrote your first song?
Yoko Ono: The past 77 years was a prelude to my life.
WFK: Overall, what type of artist do you consider yourself to be?
Yoko Ono: A good one, who found the secret of making good music, without choking.
