Every now and then we hear some people saying how everything has been invented already. However, we don’t stop evolving, and as we grow, we change, and our needs change too. Therefore, creativity keeps sparking and individuals find new ways to respond to our new desires. Communication has evolved, music, the news and fashion too.
On these same grounds, I’m happy to introduce a new concept that interlaces fashion, culture and communication: The Figureground Project.
The Figureground Project (TFP)- not to be confused with a t-shirt company—is a project out of Boston interested in generating a public system where people like you and me communicate facts about our city through a t-shirt line …TFP has taken communication into another dimension. The t-shirts are replacing static signs and billboards by becoming a wearable tool. But the most interesting aspect of this new way of expression happens when you decide to wear it and share your city’s facts, stats, or pride with whomever crosses your path.
The world keeps spinning, our cities keep changing, be part of it.
